1. All Sales Are Final
2. Manufacturing Defects
If you discover any manufacturing defects in the products you receive, please notify us by email at gopiganjcarpets2026@gmail.comcom within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the defective item with another of the same type.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or unboxing video proof on our WhatsApp/Email
• After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund
3. Logistical Costs
Customers are responsible for the logistics and costs associated with returning the item to our facility. These costs will be reimbursed via your preferred payment method within 10 days after the item has been replaced.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or damaged products (not reported within 24 hours)
• Custom-made or special order carpets
• Products without original packaging
